" Paradoxically whereas I was a rather timid child, I was very early attracted by the strong emotions ". In Soyaux, in the immediate suburbs of Angouleme in France, the windows of the appartment where I lived with my family , gave on the "Place du champs de manoeuvres "which accomodated the large circuses of passage in the area, thus was born my vocation.
Captivated, i spent the hours to comtemplate the assembly of the big tops and the installation of the circuses since then passion of the circus never left me. At fifteen years the meeting with the administrator of the circus Jean Richard was determinante for the continuation, it invited to me to spend the school holidays of summer 1986 to the circus Pinder Jean Richard, which I made 4 consecutive years, which enabled me to approach the life of people of the circus and to increase my passion. In 1989, year of my baccalaureat (secondary school examination), after the results (favorable for me) I left to the circus and decided to remain there, 3 months later the circus gave me my chance I made my first show at the trapeze on September 20, 1989, it was done I exerted the trade of my dreams.
I stayed with the Pinder circus until February 1991, time to make my military service and a new adventure began with the circus Diana Moreno-Borman, I stayed 2 years with them in Paris and in round, I learned much in this circus the assembly of a big top , the close contact with the public at the time of my act.
The year 1994 was significant for me, in January I made my first replacement with the Parisian cabaret the Paradis Latin and the French selection for the festival du cirque de demain ,les bourses Louis Merlin where besides I obtained a purse. From September to December of the same year I was engaged by the circus Amar (direction Reich Brandt now Kinos circus) and in January 1995 the Paradis Latin proposed a contract to me, since this day I stayed in this mythical place of the Parisian nights. My first show was " Viva Paradis " and since the January 13 2001 establishment proposes " Paradis d'amour" show in which I make my trapeze act but also takes part in several parts of the show and i will be in the new show "Paradis à la folie" in 2008 October.
During 17 years, I made many shows and televisions of which the emission " Le plus grand cabaret du monde " in May 1999 and in November 2007, diffused on France2 and TV5 and presented by Patrick Sebastien and of many replacements in various establishments: circus de Paris, circus Alexandra Franconi, cabaret Caesars in Bordeaux, etc....
Every stages of my career learned to me much and my act grew rich with the passing of years thanks to the consultings by several people and I benefit from the occasion to quote them and thank them all: Mr. Claude Brunel, Mr and Mrs Galoux, Mr. Jean Paul Boudaille , Mr. Laurent Garbage , Mr. nandy Werl , the Edelstein families, Reich and Moreno Borman , Mrs. Regina Moreno , Mr. David Moore , Mrs. Laurence Fanon , Miss. ruth Perry, Mr Ilja Wutke, THANK YOU with all, these people brought their assistance and their consultings to me and made my trapeze act what it is today.
My passion of the circus has changed in passion of the show, more I advance and more my artistic tastes widen and I believe that it is essential to know to open with any form art. The trapeze is an art, an air choregraphy where the body is driven in freedom, a trapezist is an artist as much as a high level sportman .
And this is how the former insane and impassioned kid who I was became a trapeze artist..
